Elastomer and FGD Expansion Joints

These designed for agresive working environment expansion joints are manufactured from materials with high flexibility and excellent  chemical resistivity. Exeptionaly high quality of used base materials responses to the most harsh operation conditions in FGD (Flue-Gas Desulfarization) equipments such as mechanical stability, tight gas sealing, wide temperature range to 300 °С, stability to the influence of SO2, SO3, H2SOand meny other agresive media.

Elastomeric expansion joints have a wall thickness 3.5 / 4.5 / 6.0 mm and they are particularly proper подходящи for abrasive and dusty fluids and where vibration accures. In the cases of mechanical overload the elastomer can be reinforced with technical abrasion resistant fabrics or with stainless steel grid as at thickness 4.5 and 6.0 mm the combination of two layers of reinforcement is possible.
