2. Repair of ship auxiliary mechanisms - defected units and details:
  • air compressors;
  • all kind of pumps: piston pumps, screw pumps, centrifugal pumps, volute pumps, gear-type pumps, plate pumps; single-stage pumps, multi-stage pumps ; pumps with mechanic, electric  and manual  driving;
  • heat exchange units : oil  heat exchangers, water  heat exchangers , air  heat exchangers , pipe  heat exchangers, plate heat exchangers;
  • boilers;
  • hydrophores with different capacity and pressure; 
 
 
 
 
3.    Repair of steering propeller gears:
 
3.1. Shaft line:
  • propeller shaft, propeller, shaft bearing : defection,   measuring  and recording of clearances, changing of stern bearings and strut bearings and packings, sealings- Sympleks type. 

     

3.2. Steering gears:
  • steering driving devices;
  • stocks, rudder blades and nozzles: measuring and recording of clearances, changing of bearings and bushes with new ones, pressing, removing of defects 
 
 
 
 
4. Repair of deck mechanisms:
  • different type of capstans, windlasses, winches and hoists with electrical and hydraulic gears, hydraulic devices to cargo holds and cargo cranes.

     
 
 
 5. Class repairs of small vessels
  • changing and recovering of  the hull under and oversea line
  • repair of propeller shaft line
  • repair of deck mechanisms and devices
 
 
6. Repair and mounting of pipelines – to engines, mechanisms, ship's service systems and armature to them:
  • repair on spot or in workshop conditions, producing of new ones from black or colored alloys, galvanic treatment, changing of worn out areas.

     

    
7.  Repair and mounting of outboard fittings – cranes, valves,  bevel-seated valves:
  • repair on spot or in workshop conditions, cleaning, lathering, fitting of front surfaces, assembling of new sealings and packings;
